Credit Union and Fintech Announce Promotions; Chartway Credit Union Announces Board of Directors
SWIVEL and SELCO Community Credit Union announced promotions within their organizations, and Chartway Credit Union announced its 2025-2026 Board of Directors.
Promotions
SWBC’s SWIVEL Transactions, LLC, a leading fintech company specializing in integrated solutions, today announced Amanda Crocker as the company’s new President. In her new role as President, Crocker will continue to embody and further SWIVEL’s core mission and values. She will remain focused on driving the company’s growth and success while continuing to build and encourage a culture of servant leadership by empowering her team to do their best work, creating an organization focused on customer trust.
SELCO Community Credit Union recently promoted Tracy Cole to vice president, commercial portfolio manager, and operations team leader for its Commercial & Business Banking division. Cole is charged with tending to a commercial portfolio while also overseeing the Commercial & Business Banking’s operations team.
Appointments
On February 20, 2025, Chartway Credit Union held its 66th Annual Meeting and elected by acclamation the following individuals to the board of directors:
Paul Annunziata, Incumbent: Annunziata currently serves on the board for Chartway and is also on the board for Chartway’s charitable arm, the Chartway Promise Foundation. Annunziata retired from Chartway in early 2021 after serving for more than four decades in various roles, including chief operating officer, chief financial officer, and corporate development executive. He spearheaded several mergers for Chartway and was instrumental in helping numerous leaders transition to and grow in new roles. He holds a Bachelor of Science in finance/accounting from Old Dominion University.
Jim Bibbs, Incumbent: Bibbs, chief human resources officer at LifeNet Health, initially joined the board of directors in 2020 through its associate director development program and was appointed as a director later that same year. Due to competing priorities, Bibbs stepped away from the board in 2021, he remained actively involved by serving on the board executive compensation committee and returned to the board last year. Bibbs brings valuable expertise to the board, with more than 25 years of leadership experience developing and leading highly successful human resource infrastructure within multi-site, global, and Fortune 500 companies, including the Port of Virginia, Quintiles, and Citi. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in communication and media studies from Lock Haven University and a master’s degree in organizational leadership from Gonzaga University.
Jared Perry, Incumbent: Perry has served on the board since 2017 and is a long-time partner of the Chartway Promise Foundation. He’s also served on the credit union’s legislative and regulatory advocacy committee and as chair of the strategic planning committee. His career includes roles as legislative correspondent for U.S. Senator Orrin Hatch, senior advisor for Senator Bob Bennet, executive director for the University of Utah’s Hospital Foundation, and later as CEO of Make-A-Wish Utah. Now, he is chief revenue officer of Make-A-Wish America. Perry holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in business management and a Master of Public Administration degree – both from the University of Utah.

FORUM is pleased to welcome new Advisory Council members for 2025. Five newly appointed members are joining this year, with twelve members returning to serve an additional term. FORUM Credit Union created the FORUM Advisory Council in 2012. It is comprised of FORUM members who are dedicated executives and business owners in the community.
