With a distinguished career spanning 33 years in credit union leadership, community development, Community Development Financial Institutions (CDFIs), and an unwavering commitment to small and de novo credit unions, Senn brings a wealth of expertise in driving impactful financial programs that uplift underserved communities. Her dedication to financial inclusion aligns seamlessly with NOFFCU’s mission of empowering individuals and businesses through access to fair and affordable financial services.

Senn is also a strong advocate for the voice and resilience of de novo and small credit unions and is excited to continue this collaboration through her initiatives with Sennergy Solutions.
